You can delete your account and its data directly inside the game: Settings → account → delete account. It is immediate and you don't need to contact us.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes from our server: your profile and name, your kite balance, your online duel history, your ranking score, the devices registered for notifications, and the record of your design purchases. The link to your Apple or Google account is removed as well.
What is not deleted
- Offline progress (the ladder, your kite wardrobe) lives only on your phone; erase it with "erase progress" in Settings or by uninstalling.
- Purchase records held by the App Store or Google Play are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot delete those.
- Purchase transaction records —what was bought, when and for how much— are kept by us under Chilean accounting and tax law, detached from your profile and used for nothing else.
Any kites left in your balance and the designs you bought are lost when the account is deleted, and cannot be recovered afterwards. If all you want is a fresh start, Settings has "erase progress", which touches neither your account nor your purchases.
How to delete from the game
- Open Settings from the home screen.
- In the identity section, next to your linked account, tap delete account.
- Tap again to confirm. Done: the account and its data are deleted immediately.
If you no longer have the game installed
Email us at contacto@pewen.dev from the email of your linked Apple or Google account requesting deletion. We process it within two business days and confirm by email.
