Everything you generate by playing —your progress through the ladder of rivals, the kites you have unlocked, the line you use, your audio and language settings— is stored locally on your device and never leaves it. We have no servers syncing anything, we use no analytics, we use no advertising tracking, and we integrate no third-party SDKs that collect information about you or how you play.
If you reinstall the game or switch devices without restoring your iOS or Android backup, that progress is gone: it is not anywhere we can reach. Purchases do come back, because the store keeps them, not us.
Volantín has no accounts, no sign-in and no profile. We do not ask for your email, name, phone number or any identifier to play. Since there is no account, there is no account deletion process: there is nothing to delete on our side because nothing is stored there.
Inside the game, under Settings, there is an erase progress option that clears what the game saved on your device. Kites you purchased are not erased by it: they are yours and can be restored. To remove absolutely everything, uninstall the game.
Volantín sells kites: paper designs for your kite. They are purely cosmetic and change no game variable — they do not cut better, hold longer or fly differently. We never sell an advantage.
Purchases are processed directly by Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing depending on the platform. Pewén Labs does not receive, process or store your payment details. They are handled by the respective platform under its own policy:
From the store we only receive an aggregate report with the amount collected each payout period. We do not see who purchased, when, or with what payment method.
If you have analytics sharing or crash reporting enabled in your iOS or Android settings, the operating system may capture technical reports when an app closes unexpectedly. Those reports are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us. They may share anonymous, aggregated versions with us through App Store Connect or Google Play Console so we can fix failures, and they contain no gameplay data or personal identifiers.
If you contact us at contacto@pewen.dev with a question, bug report or suggestion, we keep that correspondence as long as needed to answer and follow up. We do not use it for anything else, we do not share it, and we do not add it to any marketing list.
On App Store Connect, Volantín is declared as “Data Not Collected”. It is the cleanest category Apple offers, and any other label would be false.
Volantín is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. Since we collect no data from anyone, the point is moot — but it is stated explicitly for COPPA, GDPR-K and equivalent compliance.
Under Chile's Law 19.628, the GDPR (EU and UK), the CCPA (California) and equivalent regulations, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability over your personal data. Since Volantín stores no personal data of yours in any system of ours, those rights are satisfied automatically: there is nothing to access, rectify, delete or export on our side.

If Volantín changes how it handles data —for example, if a future version adds online duels, which require an account— we will update this policy, announce it inside the game before enabling the feature and, where applicable, ask for your explicit consent. The date above always reflects the current version.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Santiago.
