Terms of use

Last updated · July 27, 2026
The gist: the game is yours to play, what we sell is looks and never an advantage, and purchases are permanent and restorable.

What Volantín is

Volantín is a kite-fighting game for phones, developed and published by Pewén Labs SpA. By downloading and playing it, you accept these terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Volantín on devices you control, subject to the rules of the store you downloaded it from. The game, its code, art, sound and text are the property of Pewén Labs SpA and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may not decompile, modify or redistribute the game, nor use its content in another product without our written permission.

In-app purchases

Volantín sells kite designs. They are cosmetic: they change how your kite looks in the sky and alter no game variable. They do not make you cut better, hold longer or fly differently. We do not sell an advantage.

Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, not by us: Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, and Google through Google Play. If you hit a technical problem with a purchase, write to us and we will help you sort it out with the store.

Game content over time

We may add, change or retire content, including designs on sale. If we retire a design from the catalogue, anyone who already bought it keeps it. We may also adjust game balance —rival difficulty, line behaviour, wind— because this is a living game and that is part of maintaining it.

Acceptable use

Cheating, modifying the game to gain an advantage and automating play are not allowed. If we add online duels in the future, we will publish the corresponding conduct rules before enabling them and may suspend access to online features for anyone who breaks them.

No warranty

Volantín is provided “as is”. We do our best to make it work well on every supported device, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will run without interruption. What we do commit to is fixing what breaks: write to us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pewén Labs SpA's liability for any claim relating to the game will not exceed the amount you have paid within it during the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits rights your local consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game changes. If the change is material —for example, when online features are enabled— we will announce it inside the game. The date above always reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Santiago.
